This recipe has become so famous that today we can already find packaged hummus in many Western supermarkets, including Spanish ones. I always think and say that I love living in a country with so much influence from other cultures.
Ingredients
- 400 g cooked chickpeas
- 70 ml of water
- 50 ml of olive oil
- 1 garlic li>
- ½ lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp tahini
- ½ cp cumin
- ½ cp of sweet paprika
- ½ cp of salt
Preparation
- Clean and drain the chickpeas. Peel the garlic and squeeze the half lemon.
- Put all the ingredients, except the paprika, in a blender and blend until smooth. li>
- Serve the hummus with some sweet paprika and a drizzle of olive oil on top.
