  • 3-4 tablespoon < span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-name">fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup good olive oil (slightly or extra virgin)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinches< /span> salt and black pepper each
  • 3 tablespoon < span class s="w prm-recipe-ingredient-name">chopped shallot (optional )


  • We recommend using a small blender to emulsify ingredients and also fully incorporate the shallot. If not using shallot, simply place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk until fully combined.

    If using a blender, place all ingredients in a small blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
