We have created an improved version of this coconut milk. It is creamier and has more flavor.

As you may already know by now, we like to cook and prepare our own food as much as possible, that’s why we’ve come up with this coconut milk< /strong>, which in addition to being simple is much cheaper than the one they sell ready-made.

  • 4 tazas de agua (1 litro)
  • 1 taza de coco (200 gramos)

  1. In a blender or food processor, mix the water with the chopped coconut or with the grated coconut for a few minutes until they are well integrated.
  2. Strain the milk through a cheesecloth, cloth or with a very fine sieve to separate the liquid from the coconut remains. If you want to take advantage of the coconut remains, you can dry them with the help of the oven or by aerating them well and you can use them as coconut flour to make any dessert.
