- 1 tablespoon < span class ="wprm-recipe-ingredient-name">Seed meal in (raw ground flaxseed)

- Place the flaxseed meal and water in a bowl and stir. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken. Add to recipes instead of 1 egg (as written in the original recipe).
- This is not an exact 1:1 -Substitution in any recipe as it does not bind and solidify like an egg when cooked. But I found it amazing in pancakes, quick breads, Brownies, Muffins< /a>, Cookies and many other recipes. div> li>
