Hello! We continue with the round of homemade ice cream to survive the summer :-).  Today I bring you a homemade red fruit and mint ice cream, a survival classic in my house. Homemade ice creams have many virtues: they are easy, they tend to be much cheaper and healthier than supermarket ones, they do not have added sugar and, of course, they do not contain dairy or eggs, two very common ingredients in ice creams.

1/2 bowl of frozen red fruits (blueberries, strawberries and raspberries)
1 unfrozen banana
1 mint leaf< /p>

Step by step

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and blend with the hand blender until you get a creamy ice cream.
  2. < li>Serve cold and/or keep in the fridge.
