Very good to all! Today I bring you a recipe that is very very (but very) trending on the networks: cookie cereals (with mini cookies). And you know that I don’t usually follow the foodie trends of networks either, but this recipe has reminded me a lot of my childhood.
Even so… Before starting the recipe, I’ll tell you one thing:
Ingredients
200 gr of peanut butter
1 small tsp of baking powder
1 ripe banana
1 tsp. small cinnamon
3 tbsp. agave syrup tureens
1/2 cup soy milk (use a medium-sized cup)
3/4 cup wheat flour
1/2 dark chocolate bar
Step by step
- In a bowl, mix the butter peanut with the teaspoon of yeast, 1 banana, 1 small teaspoon of cinnamon and 3 tbsp. soups of agave syrup.
- With a blender, blend everything until there is a uniform mixture.
We mix the peanut butter, yeast and banana.< /p>
- Add 1/2 cup of non-dairy milk, mix and add 3/4 cup of wheat flour.
- Mix very very well until you get a mixture dense but soft.
- Now, place small, dime-sized portions on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Think that the cookies will rise due to to the yeast, so the ideal is for them to be small and flat.
- We paint them with agave syrup and bake them for 25 or 30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let them cool and ready! You can now add them to your cereal bowl or eat them as independent portions.
We add flour and shape our cookie cereals.
