A nutrient dense, sweet and creamy berry smoothie that hides the flavor and texture of kale! The perfect healthy breakfast, post-workout meal or afternoon snack.


  • 1 medium < span class ="wprm-recipe-ingredient-name">ripe banana (previously peeled, sliced and frozen // 1 banana makes about 3/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (or under blueberries)
  • 1 heaping tablespoon husked hemp seeds (Organic if possible)
  • 2 cups Kale or fresh kale (any kind)
  • 2/3 cup 100% pomegranate juice
  • 3/4-1 1/2 cups< /span> filtered water


  • Add all the ingredients to a Blender and puree until smooth, adding more water if needed. Taste and adjust flavors as needed. Add more banana or agave for extra sweetness.
  • Serve immediately – enough for 2.
