- 400 whole wheat pasta
- 250 ml. of vegetable cream for cooking
- 300 gr. of various mushrooms
- ½ onion
- oil
- Rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
- In a pot, boil the water to cook the pasta for the time indicated by the manufacturer. Once the pasta is al dente, drain it and reserve.
- In a hot pan, add a little oil and fry the onion. When it starts to colour, add the mushrooms and sauté them for about 5 minutes.
- Add the cream and cook for a couple of minutes. After that time, pour the entire contents of the pan into the blender glass and blend. We add salt, pepper and rosemary to taste to our sauce.
- Finally, we mix the boletus sauce with the pasta. We served hot with some sautéed mushrooms that we had reserved.
