We are back from London and we also bring you this delicious healthy vegan frosting. We have loved the city, in fact I think it is the most beautiful I have ever seen, although for tastes the colors. We have been to many vegan restaurants, we have made the most of the time to visit tourist sites and we have enjoyed the city. We are going to make an entry with the vegan places that we have visited in case you ever go on a trip there, so that you have vegan and healthy options to eat.

Frosting Vegano Saludable.- Hacer un frosting vegano y saludable es muy fácil. Se puede usar para hacer tartas, cupcakes o lo que se os ocurra. Está riquísimo, ¡no os lo podéis perder!



  • 1 y 1/3 tazas de anacardos crudos y sin sal (200 g)
  • 1/2 taza de leche de almendras (125 ml)
  • 2 cucharadas de sirope de agave
  • 1/4 cucharadita de canela en polvo
  • 1/2 rama de vainilla (opcional)


  1. Let the cashews soak for at least 4 hours, better overnight.
  2. We split the vanilla pod lengthwise with a knife and scrape out the inside, which is what we’re going to use. Discard the outside.
  3. Strain and wash the cashews and put them in a blender along with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. We beat until we get a creamy consistency. If necessary, add more or less milk.
  5. This frosting can be stored for up to 4 days in the fridge in an airtight container.


  • I don’t know if this frosting would go well with other types of nuts, so I can’t give you another option.
  • You can use any < a href="https://danzadefogones.com/9-vegetable-milk-recipes/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">vegetable milk (or even water) or sweetener .
  • You can also add vanilla extract if you want.
