Many parents give their children ketchup to camouflage the taste of foods that they do not like, such as vegetables, the problem is that it is a food full of refined sugar and very unhealthy, that is why I decided to look for healthy and easy alternatives how to make this healthy ketchup that takes just 2 minutes to prepare. I have to admit that the taste is not exactly the same as the typical bottle ketchup, but it is very tasty and it is so easy to prepare that you can adapt it to your taste by adding more salt, sweetener, vinegar or some additional spice or herb.



  • 1 taza de tomate concentrado (270 g)
  • 4 cucharadas de sirope de arce
  • 2 cucharadas de vinagre de manzana
  • 1 cucharadita de cebolla en polvo
  • 1 cucharadita de orégano
  • Sal marina al gusto (opcional)
