"ham" for cooking


  • 5 tablespoons gluten filled
  • 1 teaspoon filled sweet pepper
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons tamari
  • 1 / 2 glass of water
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg


Put the gluten, paprika, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl and mix everything well. Add the olive oil and mix again. Separately, in a cup, mix the water and the tamari, add it to the previous mixture and knead it. it is shaped, wrapped in heat-resistant plastic wrap and steamed for 2,530 minutes.

Once cooked, let it cool slightly and remove the plastic wrap.

It is important that the oil is olive oil (and even better if it is strong), precisely because it gives the ham that slightly rancid flavor.

It has a certain resemblance to ham but it has to be improved.
