Supermarkets are full of products for Halloween, especially for the smallest of the house, but the problem is that most of them are not healthy at all, so this week we want to share with you 3 healthy recipes so that you can prepare them with children or without them. They are so delicious that they are suitable for all audiences!

These vegan, gluten-free and oil-free witch fingers are nothing more than cookies with an elongated shape and decorated with homemade raspberry jam and rolled almonds to simulate nails. The good thing is that there is no need to buy any special mold and they are made with natural and easy-to-find ingredients.

  • Almendras laminadas

  1. First we are going to prepare the raspberry jam . Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium-high heat for about 15 to 20 minutes or until it has thickened.
  2. I don’t normally whisk the jam, but as I wanted it to look like blood so I beat it with a hand mixer. You can also use a glass. We put it in a glass jar and let it cool completely.
  3. Now we are going to prepare the witch fingers. We put the almond flour, the buckwheat flour, the cinnamon powder, the agave syrup, the almond milk and the almond butter in a bowl and stir with a spoon until it costs us, then we use our hands until we obtain a homogeneous mass. If the dough is very sticky, add a little more flour, if it is very dense, a little milk.
  4. Cover the bowl with a kitchen cloth and leave rest the dough in the fridge for about 20 or 30 minutes, so it will be easier for us to make the fingers.
  5. Preheat the oven to 160ºC or 320ºF. Meanwhile, we are doing the fingers. We take a bit of dough and shape it into a witch’s finger, then we flatten the tip to be able to place the almond nails and with a knife we make small cuts simulating the lines of the fingers.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until fingers are golden brown. Let them sit until they are completely cool.
  7. We dip the ends of the fingers in the raspberry jam and also put a little bit in the hollow of the nails. Finally we put on the almond nails.
  8. And now we have our witch fingers ready! I recommend that you pour the jam just before eating them and store them in an airtight container at room temperature without decorating.

  • You can grind almonds in a food processor or a powerful blender.
