The guacamole is a sauce of Aztec origin and widely used in Mexican food. There are many versions of this sauce but this is how we prepare it.

You can use the guacamole to dip some nachos or for the preparation or accompaniment of Mexican dishes, such as these delicious quesadillas that we have prepared.



  • 2 aguacates maduros
  • 1 tomate
  • 1/2 cebolleta
  • El zumo de una lima
  • 1 guindilla verde
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto


  1. Chop the tomato, the spring onion and the chilli in very small pieces. Reserve.
  2. Split the avocados in half, remove the seed and scoop out the pulp with the help of a spoon, put it in a bowl and mash it with a fork .
  3. Add the tomato, spring onion, chilli and lime juice to the avocado, season with salt and pepper and mix well so that all the ingredients are integrated.
