This green smoothie against cellulite is a great option to deal with the dreaded orange peel skin from within. It is a simple, healthy, nutritious and very refreshing recipe now that it is finally hot.

In our last post we talked about how to get rid of cellulite, especially the foods that we can take to prevent it and to be able to get rid of it, and also what foods and habits we should avoid if we want to show off cellulite-free skin.



  • 1 taza de agua (250 mililitros)
  • 1 taza de espinacas (30 gramos)
  • 2 naranjas
  • 2 plátanos
  • 1 rodaja de piña (250 gramos)
  • 1 cucharadita de canela en polvo


  1. Pour all the ingredients into the blender and Beat until all have been perfectly integrated. Serve and drink immediately.
  2. If you want your smoothie to be chilled, you can use ice cubes instead of water.
