Today I bring you one of my favorite breakfasts , the green smoothie. Its color may not catch your attention but when you try it you will not be able to live without it, it is really addictive!

I’ve always been one of those people who find it hard to eat breakfast, I got up and didn’t feel like eating anything, although my mother forced me when I was little and that’s why I have the habit of doing it (thanks mom!). For years I have had cola cao for breakfast and some sweet type of biscuits, muffins or bread with something salty like ham or cheese, but since I became interested in healthy eating I have totally changed my meals.

Ingredientes

  • 250 mililitros de agua o de cualquier leche vegetal
  • 2 naranjas
  • 1 persimón
  • Un puñado de espinacas
  • 1/4 de cucharadita de canela

Instructions

  1. In a mixer or kitchen robot we add the milk or the water, the chopped fruits, the spinach and the < strong>cinnamon.
  2. Whip until the ingredients are fully integrated. If your mixer is not very powerful, we recommend that you first mix the milk with the oranges, then add the persimmon and mix again, and finally add the spinach and cinnamon and mix until you get the consistency of the photos.
