I miss my juicer! ? We came to Germany with the bare minimum because we like to travel light, so the only gadget we brought is a travel blender. Although you can make juices in the blender a>, it’s much more uncomfortable, that’s why I only usually prepare shakes or smoothies. In Spain I didn’t drink juices every day, but from time to time I would drop one and now I miss them.
Since we know that you like juices so much, we prepared 3 recipes before coming to share them during our stay here, so don’t worry.
- 2 tazas de piña (330 g)
- 2 pepinos
- 2 naranjas
- 1 rama de apio
- Un trocito de jengibre fresco (unos 2 cm ó 1 pulgada)
- Peel the fruits. If the cucumbers are not organic, you should also peel them.
- Cut the fruits and introduce them little by little in the juicer.
- You can take the juice as it is, although I personally prefer to strain it.
