Preparation
Mix everything (from the coconut milk to the olive oil) into a smooth puree. Flavor, salt, spices to taste and adjust.
Add starch and liquid smoke if necessary and mix.

In a saucepan, add 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk. Stir in the agar powder and bring to a boil. Cook on low to medium heat for 5 minutes.
Pour the mixed mixture into the pan. Mix well and continue cooking for 5-6 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a greased container or mold and let stand for a few hours in the Fridge. (I used 2 teaspoons of Evoo to grease the container. Also brush the top of the block to keep it from drying out)
Cut and use. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
