Green beans with potatoes


  • 200 grs. green beans
  • 1 large potato
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • < li itemprop = "ingredients"> Salt


Wash the beans and cook them in salted water, until they are soft, but a little “al dente” (crispy inside). Cut them into 3 or 4 pieces each.

Cook the potato, peel it and cut it into pieces.

Cut some garlic into slices, and leave others unpeeled, and brown them in a frying pan with a bit of oil. Add the potato and beans, and lightly sauté.

This dish is very tasty hot, or cold seasoned with a little vinegar, or any other sauce you like.
