  • 1 t√™te de chou-fleur feuilles et tige dure enlev√©e et lav√©e

  • 1/2 cuill√®re √† caf√© (0.5 cuill√®re √† caf√© ) curcuma
  • 1/2 cuill√®re √† caf√© (0.5 cuill√®re √† caf√©) puder de pimento facultatif
  • Preparation

  • Boil a large pot of water. Use enough water to submerge the entire cauliflower.
  • Add salt, turmeric and chili and blanch/cook whole Cauliflower.
