I like to save time in the kitchen and eat low-fat, that’s why I often use concentrated tomato, you just have to open it and use it and the truth is that it is very tasty on pizzas, sauces and many other dishes.
Ingredientes
- Masa de pizza sin gluten
- 6 cucharadas de tomate concentrado
- Mozzarella vegana baja en grasa*
- 2 champiñones
- 1/4 de cebolla morada
- 6 tomates cherry
- Albahaca fresca picada al gusto
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC or 400ºF .
- If you use our Homemade gluten-free pizza you have to bake it for 5 minutes without the ingredients on top. If you use a packaged pizza dough, follow the instructions on the package.
- We take it out of the oven and add the concentrated tomato, the vegan mozzarella and the mushrooms and onion chopped.
- Bake another 5 or 10 minutes or until the dough is golden.
- We return to Take the pizza out of the oven and add the chopped tomatoes and fresh basil.
