First we publish the low-fat vegan mozzarella and then the gluten-free pizza dough and finally we can show you the complete pizza recipe. It is a 100% homemade, vegan, gluten-free, low-fat pizza with its vegan cheese included. It’s the perfect pizza!

I like to save time in the kitchen and eat low-fat, that’s why I often use concentrated tomato, you just have to open it and use it and the truth is that it is very tasty on pizzas, sauces and many other dishes.




  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC or 400ºF .
  2. If you use our Homemade gluten-free pizza you have to bake it for 5 minutes without the ingredients on top. If you use a packaged pizza dough, follow the instructions on the package.
  3. We take it out of the oven and add the concentrated tomato, the vegan mozzarella and the mushrooms and onion chopped.
  4. Bake another 5 or 10 minutes or until the dough is golden.
  5. We return to Take the pizza out of the oven and add the chopped tomatoes and fresh basil.
