Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (90 g) farine d’avoine
  • 1/2 cup (56 g) < span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-name">farine d’amande
  • 2 EL amidon comme le maĂŻs ou l’arrow-root
  • 1/8 TL (0.13 cc) lever en poudre
  • 1/8 TL (0.13 cĂ c ) bicarbonate de soude
  • 1 /4 (0.25< /span> cc ) Peu de sel
  • 3/4 cup (150 g) sucre User 2 Ă  3 cuillères Ă  soupe de moins pour moins sucrĂ© , en poudre
  • 1/2 cup ( 87.5 g) chocolate semi-sucrĂ© vĂ©gĂ©talien Ou Chocolat Noir or Combi
  • < li class="wprm-Recipe-Ingredient " style="list-style-type : disque ;"> 1/3 cup (28.67< /span> g) Cocoa

  • 2 cuillère Ă  soupe Farine de graines de lin
  • 1 cĂ c Extrait de vanilla

    Preparation

  • In a blender, mix the flours through the sugar and mix well. Agitate the flour as it may settle under the mixer blade. Add the chocolate, cocoa, flaxseed flour and vanilla. Mix again until well blended. Agitate the flour again and look under the mixer blade. Pour into a 1 liter jar. Place 1/3 cup chocolate chips in the jar and reserve.
