Last week we promised that we would show you two recipes with red beans, one salty and one sweet. The savory recipe we chose were these vegetarian burgers  that have become a staple in our diet and today we bring you a sweet with beans. It may seem strange but I guarantee you that it tastes totally like chocolate and it is really delicious.

Brownie Vegano Sin Gluten paso a paso |

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a saucepan or frying pan over low heat. Add the cocoa, remove from the heat and stir.
  3. We mix all the ingredients (the previous mixture of chocolate, coconut oil and cocoa, the beans that we have cooked in water boiling for 2 hours, dates, coconut milk, ground almonds, bananas and vanilla extract) with a blender or food processor.
  4. We add place our brownie batter in a glass container (we use an 8×8 inch) lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Let cool before serve.
