Gluten-free creamy broccoli cake


  • 2 medium broccoli
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour (½ cornstarch
  • ½ cassava starch
  • 2 tbsp rice flour)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Water c / n
  • Salt and pepper
  • 200g of spreadable vegan cheese


In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt, the oil and add the water little by little until it forms a dough that can be shaped. stretch and place in a previously oiled tart pan.

Cook at 170c until it turns brown (approx 20′). set aside.

For the filling, cook the broccoli florets in boiling salted water.

Remove and cook the stems, clean and cut into small pieces, in the same water.

When they are tender, drain them and process them in a mixer with the cheese.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper. place it on the cake and above the rest of the broccoli. heat in the oven for 10′ and that’s it.
