Glass of raspberries and chocolate


  • 150 grams of chocolate
  • 100 grams of tofu
  • 100 grams of soy yogurt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 6 oz. raspberry puree (or raspberry jam)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp (extras) raspberry jam or puree of raspberries


Crush the tofu in a bowl.

Add the soy yogurt, cocoa and raspberries.

Mix well using a blender or processor of food.

Melt the chocolate. add to the mixture.

To make the glass:

Place the previous mixture by spoonfuls and insert with the jam or extra raspberry puree.

Garnish with a raspberry or mint leaves.

Put in the fridge to chill until serving.
