You can also use red gel icing to simulate blood and decorate the finger cookies once baked. This type of product is made from sugar and corn syrup with dyes and you will find it in pastry shops.   • 280 g wheat flour

  1. Place the margarine in a bowl and beat it with a whisk until it has an ointment texture .
  2. Add the icing sugar, wheat flour, almond flour, vanilla bean seeds and salt, and work with the rods or with the hands. Take a handful of ingredients and rub them between your fingers. Repeat this process until a grit forms. At this point, add the water and vanilla extract and knead until you have a compact dough.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180º
  4. Take 20 gram portions of dough and shape them into cylinders the same length and thickness as your middle finger.
