Fry's Chicken A Braz


  1. 175g Fry’s Chicken Strips (1/2 pack frozen)
  2. 1 medium onion
  3. 1/ 4 cups olive oil
  4. 1/2 cup soy or almond milk
  5. 1 block of silken tofu (350 g)
  6. < li>150 g potato sticks * See below

  7. Sea salt
  8. Black pepper
  9. A handful of fresh parsley
  10. Turmeric (2 tsp)
  11. Cayenne pepper (1 tsp)
  12. Olives (optional)


  • Prepare the “eggs”: Mix the tofu with the milk in a food processor and season with turmeric, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and egg-like.
  • Cut the chicken strips into small pieces and thinly slice the onion.
  • Now, in a pan, heat the olive oil and onion and cook until onion is golden brown. Then add the chicken pieces and season with black pepper & cayenne pepper; cook for a few minutes on medium heat. Cover with the potato sticks straight from the packet and pour the tofu mixture over them.
  • Use a wooden spoon to mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes to cook the tofu.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
  • Garnish with olives (optional)
