If you want some healthy, light and very low-calorie fruit popsicles, this is the recipe you were looking for. They are delicious, you can use your favorite fruits and juices and it is not necessary to add sugar or other sweetener.

We have made them with 3 ingredients: fresh orange juice, strawberries and blueberries, but the possibilities are endless and there is no combination that is not delicious. It is a great way to eat fruit and refresh ourselves, they are prepared in less than 5 minutes and are very cheap, especially if you buy seasonal fruit.



  • 2 tazas de zumo de naranja (500 mililitros)
  • 1/2 de taza de arándanos (70 gramos)
  • 8 fresas


  1. Place the chopped blueberries and strawberries in the molds, cover with orange juice and leave in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until solid.
