Ingredients
- vinaigrette:
- 1 chopped shallot li>
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ tablespoon brown sugar
- salad:
- 1 cup soybean sprouts
- 1 cup wheat sprouts
- 1 cup spinach
- ½ cup of alfalfa sprouts
- 12 broken red plums
- 12 broken yellow plums
- 1/3 cup whole almonds
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
Place the almonds in boiling water, soak them for a few minutes and then peel them.
Mix the ingredients for the vinaigrette and reserve.
Place in a bowl the sprouts, the spinach and mix with the vinaigrette. add the plums and nuts on top.
