In addition to being delicious, this oatmeal chocolate fondant is super easy and quick to prepare. And although it is served hot, it is a good idea to prepare it in advance and keep it in the fridge. At the time of serving, it will only be necessary to pass it for a few seconds in the microwave. In fact, you can freeze the fondants (without the mold) and defrost them when you need them.
Ingredients
- 100 g. of fine oat flakes
- 250 ml. of vegetable milk without sugar
- 200 g. of dark chocolate
- 60 g. of hazelnut cream
- 80 g. of whole sugar or pan
Preparation
- Soak the oat flakes in the vegetable milk for at least 4 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180º
- We melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. We add the hazelnut cream, the sugar and the vegetable milk mixture.
- We spread the flan boxes, or any other small mold, with oil and pour the dough, distributing it equally.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until we see that the outside is dry but when you prick it with a toothpick, it comes out dirty. li>
- Let the fondants cool in the fridge after baking and unmold them when they are very cold. Before serving, leave them in the microwave for a few seconds to heat them up and melt the center.
