Fondant vegano de chocolate y avena

In addition to being delicious, this oatmeal chocolate fondant is super easy and quick to prepare. And although it is served hot, it is a good idea to prepare it in advance and keep it in the fridge. At the time of serving, it will only be necessary to pass it for a few seconds in the microwave. In fact, you can freeze the fondants (without the mold) and defrost them when you need them.

Ingredients
  • 100 g. of fine oat flakes
  • 250 ml. of vegetable milk without sugar
  • 200 g. of dark chocolate
  • 60 g. of hazelnut cream
  • 80 g. of whole sugar or pan
Preparation
  1. Soak the oat flakes in the vegetable milk for at least 4 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180º
  3. We melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. We add the hazelnut cream, the sugar and the vegetable milk mixture.
  4. We spread the flan boxes, or any other small mold, with oil and pour the dough, distributing it equally.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until we see that the outside is dry but when you prick it with a toothpick, it comes out dirty.
  6. Let the fondants cool in the fridge after baking and unmold them when they are very cold. Before serving, leave them in the microwave for a few seconds to heat them up and melt the center.
