Fluffy and healthy pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegetable milk⁣
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar⁣
  • 1 cup oatmeal⁣
  • 2 tbsp sugar⁣
  • 1 tbsp baking powder⁣
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder⁣
  • d tsp salt⁣
  • coconut⁣

Preparation

.Mix the non-dairy milk and apple cider vinegar. let stand for a few minutes.⁣.

.use a small bowl to mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

.mix wet and dry ingredients and moves very well. You will see how little bubbles form and the dough expands.⁣.

.Let rest for about 5 minutes.⁣

.Use a small pan to prepare the pancakes. cover with a little coconut oil and then pour a little dough.⁣.

.let them cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the edges come off and they have a little bubbles .⁣.

.turn over and cook for another 3 minutes. repeat until all the dough is used.⁣.
