Ferrero Rocher cake


  • 200g wheat flour
  • 100g tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons pure cocoa
  • The zest of an orange
  • 200g brown or blond sugar or panela
  • A glass of sunflower oil
  • A glass and a half of soy milk
  • Half a pastry yeast envelope
  • A pinch of salt
  • A jar of vegan nutella
  • A dark chocolate bar
  • Diced almonds


Mix all the dry ingredients.

Add the liquid ingredients and mix until obtaining a homogeneous mixture with a crumb chocolate texture.

Add orange zest and mix.

Grease a mold and pour the mixture into it.

Put in the oven and bake at 180º for about 40 min.

Check with a knife if it is well done, let cool and unmold.

Split the cake in half and add the nutella.

Undo the chocolate with half a cup of non-dairy milk.< /p>

Dip the cake on top with the melted chocolate and sprinkle the almond on top.
