Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (32.25 g) noix de cajou crues moulus

  • 2-3 Cuill√®res √† soupe (2< /span> Cuill√®res √† soupe ) Quinoa cuit ou n’importe quel petit grain cuit
  • 1 < /span> banane tr√®s m√Ľre< /li>
  • 3 Cuill√®res √† Soupe sucre brut ou √©dulcorant √©quivalent

  • 1/4 cuill√®re √† caf√© (0.25 cuill√®re √† th√©) Vinaigre
  • 1/4 < span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-unit">cup (62.5 ml) eau ou lait d’ amande
  • Une g√©n√©reuse pinc√©e de gingembre Noix de Muscade, Girofle and Poudre de Cannelle
  • 1 cuill√®re √† th√© lever en poudre
  • Preparation

  • Put the chopped banana in a bowl and mash well.
  • In another bowl, mix/whisk the flour and baking powder well.
  • Add water/almond milk, vinegar, sugar, salt , spices to mashed bananas and mix well.
  • Add the flour and mix until just combined.

  • Place the dough on an 8-inch cake pan lined with parchment or greased paper.
  • Level and bake in preheated 360 degree F oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
