- 1 arabic bread or pita bread
- 3 tablespoons vegan tomato puree
- 1/4 cc of oregano
- 4 cc of extra firm tofu
- 1/2 cc of olive oil extra virgin.
- Chopped vegetables to taste (I prefer with olives, bell pepper, spinach, tomato)
Place a large pan with a lid on the fire, where the Arabic bread will fit perfectly, and let it heat for 3 minutes. over maximum heat, then lower the flame.
Prepare the bread as follows:.
Spread the tomato puree.
Crumble the tofu and place it over the bread.
Sprinkle the oregano.
Drip the oil.
Place the vegetables to taste.
Once the bread is prepared place it inside the pan over low heat and in 1015 min (remember to put the lid on). you will get a delicious vegan pizza.
