Endives with Cream Cheese and Olives

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 30 grams of boneless black olives
  • 200 grams of creamy vegetable cheese
  • Basil
  • Salt

Preparation

. Choose 12 endive leaves, which will serve as a support for the cream.

. Mix the cream cheese, the olives, a few basil leaves and a pinch of salt, until you have a smooth paste.

. Spread the cream cheese over the leaves and garnish with sliced cherry tomatoes and a few basil leaves.
