Ingredients
- 1 package of frozen peas
- 1 large leek cut into rings
- 1 vegetable broth
- 1 liter of water
Preparation
Put the frozen peas in a pot.
Cover with water and add the cube.
Boil for a few minutes.
Make a puree and return to the heat.
Add the leek to the soup.
Cook for a few minutes to heat the leeks.
Serve bread toasted.
