Ingredients
- Firm tofu
- Soy sauce. (substitute tamari or salt
- A little water).
- Avocado oil. Substitute extra virgin olive oil or whatever you use for cooking.
- Lemon juice. substitute white or apple cider vinegar.
- Paprika/paprika
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Substitute any spice you have or that you like better.
- Cook at 200º C in the oven for 40 minutes or in the air fryer for 10 minutes.
Preparation
Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate with the mixture of the ingredients listed above.
