Easy and delicious tofu

Ingredients

  • Firm tofu
  • Soy sauce. (substitute tamari or salt
  • A little water).
  • Avocado oil. Substitute extra virgin olive oil or whatever you use for cooking.
  • Lemon juice. substitute white or apple cider vinegar.
  • Paprika/paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Black pepper
  • Substitute any spice you have or that you like better.
  • Cook at 200º C in the oven for 40 minutes or in the air fryer for 10 minutes.

Preparation

Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate with the mixture of the ingredients listed above.
