Ingredients

  • 1 cup ( 166 g ) Tempehw√ľrfel (about 4 oz, we use the bio tempeh for 3 cereals or garden vegetables)
  • 1 coffee spoon Pastete d ‘ail
  • 1 cuill√®re √† caf√© Gingerbread Pastes
  • 1 cuill√®re √† caf√© citrus juice vert
  • sel , au go√Ľt
  • 1/4 cuill√®re √† caf√© ( 0.25 spoon for tea ) poivre noir
  • 1/4 cuill√®re √† caf√© ( 0.25 cuill√®re √† caf√© ) red pepper powder
  • 1/2 that on ( 0.5 coffee spoon ) coriander powder
  • 1/4 cuill√®re √† caf√© ( 0.25 coffee spoon ) Kreuzk√ľmmel en poudre
  • Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add the Tempeh and toss well to coat. Leave for half an hour.
