January is the perfect time to detoxify the body for all the excesses we do during Christmas and because with the new year we all have our best intentions and purposes to be healthy or to get rid of the extra kilos. If you liked the agua detox that I shared last year, don’t you can miss this detox smoothie, it is very detoxifying and it is richer.

I could feed myself with fruit and vegetable smoothies and the truth is that I am always experimenting with different ingredients. It is the first time that I use cucumber to make smoothies and the truth is that it was very tasty, it has surprised me a lot.



  • 1 y 1/2 taza de agua (375 ml)
  • 1 taza de piña (250 g)
  • 1 pepino
  • 1 limón
  • 4 dátiles (opcional)


  1. Pon todos los ingredientes en la batidora y bate hasta que estén perfectamente integrados.
