Curry rice with spinach and nuts


  • – 1 glass of rice.
  • – 2 glasses of water.
  • – 1 good handful of peeled walnuts.
  • – 2 good handfuls of fresh spinach.
  • – 1 teaspoon curry powder.
  • – 1 clove chopped garlic.
  • – 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • – salt.


Put the olive oil in a frying pan and when it is hot, add the minced garlic and the peeled walnuts. when it begins to brown (without burning), add the glass of rice and fry a little.

Add the water (better if it is a little hot), the spinach and the curry.

Let it simmer, and when the rice is ready, let it rest for a few minutes.
