Cup of yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 sweetened soy yogurts
  • 50 g. blueberry jam
  • 100 g. frozen blueberries
  • 6 tbsp. cashew butter (or peanut butter, etc …)
  • 1 tablet of vegan white chocolate

Preparation

Melt the chocolate bar. Once melted, mix with the yogurt. Divide that mixture into 2 parts and reserve one of them. Beat the other half with the cream, jam and blueberries.

Serve in glasses alternating layers of both mixtures and voilá.
