• A bag of crumbs. I have measured with a deep plate and I have added one per person and their portion with the children’s plate.
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Paprika sweet
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • Sunflower oil
  • 5 green peppers
  • 300ml marinade (crushed garlic, oregano, paprika, water and salt)

First of all, pour the crumbs into a large pan and pour over the marinade. We give it a few turns and cover them. Let stand for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

In another pan, heat sunflower oil. Clean and cut the peppers and add them to the pan when the oil is hot. Brown to taste.

We take a little of that same oil and put it in a smaller pan and brown the garlic. When they are golden, add the paprika, the salt and the cups of water. Leave on the fire until it boils.

Put the crumbs on the fire and water with the previous mixture. It is important that it is wet by all the crumbs, so that they are all soaked. And we begin to stir so that they don’t stick or stick together.

Plate with the peppers. There are many people who eat them with grapes. And if I had vegetable bacon, I would have served them with it too.
