creamy strawberries


  • 500 grams of strawberries
  • 300 milliliters of soy whipped cream
  • Vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp of powdered sugar
  • Mint leaves for garnish


Wash the strawberries and cut the hull.

Carefully cut each strawberry into 4 “petals”.

Whip the chantilly cream with sugar and then add the vanilla.

Fill each strawberry with a little of the cream.

Garnish with a mint leaf on top of the strawberry.
