Cordobesa lettuce hearts


  • Lettuce hearts
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Vinegar


Wash and cut the buds into two, four quarters or six parts (depending on size) and salt them.

Slice the garlic cloves. put them in a pan with oil and fry them until golden brown. Turn off the heat and add a little vinegar to the sauce.

Put the buds in a bowl, season them and pour the oil and fried garlic over them.
