Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 and 3/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup vanilla
- A pinch of salt
- The equivalent of 2 eggs using powdered egg substitute or 4 tbsp ground flaxseed diluted in 4 tbsp water
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking soda or baking powder li >
- 2 cups vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Beat the margarine and sugar until creamy. Add the vanilla, salt, egg substitute, flour and baking soda or baking powder.
Mix well.
Add the chips and mix gently.
Bake at 190 °C for 9-12 min.
