Cookies with 5 ingredients

Ingredients

  • 180 g ground almonds, 1 ½ cup
  • 12 dates medjool, 1 cup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • A handful of chocolate chips black or raisins, about 40 g

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C, with a fan if possible.

Simply place all the ingredients (apart from the dark chocolate chips or raisins) in a food processor and pulse until it forms a cookie dough. Once mixed, add the dark chocolate chips or raisins and stir again very quickly to mix everything together.

Use a spoon to scoop out the mixture one measure at a time, making balls and placing them on a tray for baking lined. Once you have about 12 round balls, flatten them into cookie shapes.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
