• dough:
  • 2/3 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. of salt
  • 1 tbsp soy flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp Vanilla Soy Milk
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups white flour
  • Natural food coloring (optional)
  • cover:
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy milk < / li>
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla extract (or almond but use only 1/4 tsp)



With a blender process the margarine, sugar, baking powder and salt.< /p>

Add the liquid ingredients, and then the flour, little by little.

Cover and chill the dough for an hour until it is easy to handle.

Roll out the fine dough, and then using molds, cut out the cookies.

Place in a roasting pan (not together, a little apart) and bake for about 7-8 minutes, until only the base takes on a light golden color .

Let them cool completely before decorating.


Mix the sugar , soy milk and extract until creamy and spreadable.

Add more milk if needed, 1 tablespoon at a time. Divide the mixture and add a different color to each one with food coloring.

Garnish with candies, sugars, etc.

Your imagination is the only limit.
