- 200g of organic wheat flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 100g of unsalted roasted peanuts
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup organic sugar
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- Vegetable milk

Sift the wheat flour, the baking powder, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
Process the peanuts and add together with 1/2 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of the coconut oil.
Add the vegetable milk little by little until it forms a dough. knead 5′ and stretch.
In a bowl mix: the rest of the coconut oil, cinnamon and cocoa. make a paste and spread over the dough.
Roll up and cut to the desired thickness. cook in an oven at 170º until golden brown.
