Coffee and Banana Vegan Frappuccino

Latte + banana + maple syrup + whipped cream, that’s really my style I love frozen coffee drinks and I love whipped cream so, honestly, I would drink a frappuccino like that all summer days!

Ingredients

Banana Shake Latte

  • Banana – 1
  • espresso – 1
  • ice cubes
  • maple syrup – 2 (càs)
  • vegetable milk – 170 (mL)

Coconut whipped cream

  • coconut cream – 80 (g)
  • sugar – 1 (càs)

Preparation

  • Mix the banana with the espresso, ice cubes, maple syrup and milk in your blender, to have a thick and creamy drink.
  • Mix the coconut cream and the sugar and beat in whipped cream with an electric whisk.
  • Pipe the whipped cream on your Frappuccino with a piping bag! That’s it 😉
