Easy 1-Bowl Coconut Turmeric Bread. Soft and delicious 1 bowl Lemon Coconut French Toast. No oil was added in this cake. Vegan recipe without nuts and without soy oil.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper or grease well.< /div>
All ingredients Mix under water so that the nut flakes coconut break down a bit. to very small flakes.
In the bowl everything mix the dry ingredients really well,
Combine wet and dry and mix to form a paste. Transfer the thick batter into a loaf pan. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon coconut on top and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool for 10 minutes, then remove from bread and let cool completely. I usually chill the bread, then put it in the fridge for about an hour and then slice it.
