Easy 1-Bowl Coconut Turmeric Bread. Soft and delicious 1 bowl Lemon Coconut French Toast. No oil was added in this cake. Vegan recipe without nuts and without soy oil.  

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (244 ml) lait non laitier , comme l’amande ou la noix de coco légère
  • 1/2 < span class="wprm- recipe-ingredients-unit">cup (161 g) < span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-name" >sirop d’érable
  • 2 EL sucre (pour un gâteau plus sucré)
  • 1 cup (85 g)< /span> Flocons de Noix de Coco
  • 1 cc extrait de vanilla
  • jus de 1 citron vert (2 à 3 cuillères à soupe jus de lime ou de citron)
  • Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper or grease well.< /div>
  • All ingredients Mix under water so that the nut flakes coconut break down a bit. to very small flakes.
  • In the bowl everything mix the dry ingredients really well,
  • Combine wet and dry and mix to form a paste. Transfer the thick batter into a loaf pan. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon coconut on top and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 
  • Let cool for 10 minutes, then remove from bread and let cool completely. I usually chill the bread, then put it in the fridge for about an hour and then slice it.
