Coconut squares and sweet dates


  • For the base
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ⅓ cup of cashew flour
  • 1 tbsp unsalted peeled peanut
  • Vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 1 tbsp ice water
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil.
  • Sweet of dates
  • 1 cup of dates without core
  • Boiling water
  • coconut crunch:
  • ½ tza de grated coconut
  • ⅓ tza of sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or cream
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 1 tbsp peanut
  • < / ul>


    For the base:.

    Process all the ingredients.

    Put in a mold lined with parchment paper and brush with coconut oil.

    Leave in the freezer for 15 minutes and cook until golden brown.

    Sweet dates:

    Turn over boiling water over the dates.

    Let stand 15 minutes


    Coconut crunch:

    Mix all the ingredients with a mixer.

    Toast in an oven at 170°c.


    Place a little sweet dates and the crunchy coconut on top.

    Process well and toast in an oven at 150º.

    Add flaked coconut and decorate the squares. Done!
