Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- â…“ cup of cashew flour
- 1 tbsp unsalted peeled peanut
- Vanilla essence
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp agave
- 1 tbsp ice water
- 1 tbsp coconut oil.
- Sweet of dates
- 1 cup of dates without core
- Boiling water
- coconut crunch:
- ½ tza de grated coconut
- â…“ tza of sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or cream
- 1 tbsp agave
- 1 tbsp peanut

Preparation
For the base:.
Process all the ingredients.
Put in a mold lined with parchment paper and brush with coconut oil. p>
Leave in the freezer for 15 minutes and cook until golden brown.
Sweet dates:
Turn over boiling water over the dates.
Let stand 15 minutes
Mix.
Coconut crunch:

Mix all the ingredients with a mixer.
Toast in an oven at 170°c.
Assembly:.
Place a little sweet dates and the crunchy coconut on top.
Process well and toast in an oven at 150º.
Add flaked coconut and decorate the squares. Done!
